Bartender & Barback -- Beach Glass Lounge
Position Overview: Beach Glass Lounge is hiring bartenders and barbacks to create a fun, welcoming environment for guests. Bartenders craft drinks and interact with patrons, while barbacks support the bar team by keeping the station stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities (Bartender):
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Engage with guests to provide friendly and professional service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check identification and comply with alcohol service regulations
Key Responsibilities (Barback):
Restock glassware, liquor, and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of bar and storage areas
Assist bartenders in preparing garnishes and other tasks
Support smooth bar operations during busy shifts
Qualifications:
Bartending experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
