Prepare high-quality dishes that meet our standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and strong food revenues.
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards while minimizing waste.
- Confidently use kitchen tools, including knives, spatulas, and standard cooking equipment.
- Complete daily prep work to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the next days service.
- Communicate low-inventory items to the supervisor and assist with receiving deliveries and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment that meets or exceeds state, local, and franchise requirements.
- Immediately report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
- Support the team by assisting with dishwashing or other kitchen duties when needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
