Blade Operator / Foreman
Part-Time \| Hourly + Benefits
*About the Role\ *We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator / Foreman to lead a crew while performing fine grading and site work. This role is key to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating motor grader for fine grading and site prep
- Reading plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
- Leading and coordinating daily crew activities
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site
- Completing daily logs, paperwork, and time tracking
- Communicating with management and inspectors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of blade operating experience
- Foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read plans and understand grading
- Strong tech competency (apps, digital reporting, etc.)
- Ability to stay organized and turn in accurate, timely paperwork
- Strong leadership and communication skills
