Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to join their team. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting global registration and re-registration processes for medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25 to $30 p/h w-2

What's the Job?
Interact with regulatory affairs personnel from over 80 countries to facilitate registration and re-registration of medical devices and drugs.
Coordinate the notarization, apostille, or authentication of certificates via the Washington Consulate Service as needed.
Maintain accurate tracking of regulatory certificates globally, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
Assist in becoming a notary to carry out job duties effectively.
Support documentation and communication with international regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to local requirements.
What's Needed?
A 4-year degree in science or engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
