ManpowerGroup Materials Laboratory Technician in Maplewood, Minnesota

Our client, a leader in advanced materials and transportation solutions, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a LAB Technician III, you will be part of the Laboratory Support team supporting product development and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Maplewood, MN (100% onsite

Pay Range: $18 to $25 p/h on w-2

Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?

  • Perform complex laboratory tests with minimal supervision to support product development activities.

  • Accurately document test results and communicate findings effectively to requestors and team members.

  • Operate a variety of test equipment, including electro-mechanical test frames, analytical instruments, and advanced testing systems.

  • Weigh, mix, and prepare chemicals and raw materials for formulation screening processes.

  • Assist with additional laboratory tasks and support ongoing research and testing projects.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or testing environment.

  • High School Diploma or higher

  • Experience operating testing equipment and conducting laboratory procedures.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including external partners.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a keen eye for detail.
