ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Maplewood, Minnesota

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and export management industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the export operations team supporting customer order management and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Maplewood, MN, Remote - near Twin Cities is a plus but not mandatory

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm (Candidate must work CST schedule)

What's the Job?

  • Manage customer orders and coordinate with export teams to ensure timely processing

  • Work with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate movement of goods across borders

  • Prepare and review export documentation to comply with international trade regulations

  • Utilize enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce for order processing and reporting

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or export management

  • Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (or extensive relevant experience.
