Construction Laborers – Build Your Future in Construction!

Pay Rate: $19 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Assignment Length: Seasonal with potential for temp-to-hire

Attention construction professionals! We’re now hiring multiple Construction Laborers for our client in Mapleton, a respected general contractor known for quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and growth opportunities. These positions start at $19 per hour and are seasonal with strong potential for temp-to-hire .

This is a hands-on, skill-building construction role where you’ll gain valuable experience in carpentry and general construction while contributing to a variety of commercial and residential projects. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Measure, cut, and shape materials for construction and repair projects

• Install and assemble frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows

• Follow blueprints and layout plans to ensure accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite and assist with material handling

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a related trade

• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and leveling equipment

• Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate material layout

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
