Production Machine Operator

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production

• Measure and load plastic materials into molds with accuracy

• Inspect finished products for quality and identify any defects

• Use power tools and plant equipment to support production processes

• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and basic repairs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production goals

• Help train new team members and learn multiple areas of the plant

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Manufacturing or heavy machine operation experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, dust, noise, noise, odors, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Reliable with consistent attendance

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to be cross-trained in different areas

• ability to work 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM

• Ability to work overtime: Occasional Fridays based on production needs
