Twin City Staffing is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Maple Lake! This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on manufacturing and are looking for a company that rewards commitment with a significant hiring bonus and a stable four-day work week. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $19.00 $20.00/hr. (Depending on Experience) Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! ($1,000 at hire and $2,000 after 6 months) Hours: 3:45 PM 1:45 AM, Monday Thursday Benefits of the machine operator / assembler: $3,000 Hiring Bonus Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) and disability coverage Three-day weekends (Monday Thursday schedule) Positive, collaborative shop culture Advancement and growth opportunities Duties of the machine operator / assembler: Run production machines to fabricate recreational components Use hand and power tools for parts assembly Follow blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy Trim, deburr, and inspect finished parts for quality Maintain a clean workstation and organized floor Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Coordinate with the team to hit daily production targets Assist with onboarding and training new staff Requirements of the machine operator / assembler: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of rotational molding is a plus Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
