About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to join our production crew. As a General Production Worker, you’ll help operate rotational molding equipment, load materials, and handle finished parts. What You’ll Do
Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently as part of a production team
Load machines with plastic pellets based on production requirements
Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments to maintain quality
Unload finished parts and prepare them for trimming and further processing
Use hand and power tools to move, adjust, or assemble components
Perform general labor and production tasks to keep workflow moving
Lift and move materials and parts up to 80 lbs throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate with team members to meet daily production goals
What You Bring
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly
Experience in general labor, production, construction, or similar work
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial machinery
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Comfort working in a loud, active manufacturing setting
Nice to Have
Experience with molding or production equipment
Experience in assembly or other hands‑on roles
Strong reliability and a solid work ethic
Willingness to take on physically demanding tasks

Work Environment
This is a hands‑on manufacturing role in a facility with rotational molding machines. The environment is fast‑moving, with continuous production activity. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may rise in the summer, though large industrial fans help maintain airflow. Expect frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift. Proper PPE and safety practices are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
