Job Title: General Production Worker (1st shift) ($17-18/hr.)
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team for the 1st shift, from 7:00am AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates will be considered for various positions within our production line, including Gluing Operator, Shelling Cables, and Housing Cable Assembly. Each role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions to meet production quotas. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!
Responsibilities
Read and follow work instructions to meet production quotas.
Perform repetitive tasks while seated for extended periods.
As a Gluing Operator, apply beads of glue to wires using a machine with ultraviolet light, ensuring quality standards are met.
Assemble shelling cables by connecting wires to circuit boards and using a hand press to secure plastic pieces over cables.
In Housing Cable Assembly, insert crimped wires into small plastic housings and cap the ends of the wires following work orders.
Essential Skills
Visual inspection with high attention to detail.
Experience in production or assembly line work.
Experience in assembling small parts.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with cables and electronics is a plus.

Work Environment
Our production environment is clean and well-organized, with all positions located in a single room where you can observe the flow of production. You will work alongside 12 other employees at individual workstations. It's important to note that candidates from packaging, warehouse, or similar environments typically do not perform well in these roles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
