Warehouse Supervisor

This is a working leadership role where you’ll manage a small team while staying hands‑on with daily warehouse operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and support a team of 3 warehouse associates
Oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy
Assign daily tasks and address personnel needs with the Plant Director
Drive 5S initiatives to improve organization, efficiency, and material flow
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Ensure finished devices and components ship on time and accurately
What You Bring
3–5 years of logistics or warehouse experience
2–3 years in a warehouse supervisor or working lead role
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping & receiving
Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experence working in a regulated or medical manufacturing environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Training in 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma
Experience improving warehouse processes or workflows

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
