Job Title: Mechanical Assembler for cooling units
1st shift: 5:30am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and 5:30am - 10am Friday1 20 minute lunch and 2 paid 10 minute breaks
Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled assemblers to build chiller units for data centers using various hand and power tools. This role involves helping around the shop with tasks such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup, allowing other assemblers to continue their work efficiently. As you progress in this position, there will be opportunities to expand your skills in other areas. Our business focuses on chillers for data centers and custom units.
Responsibilities
Assemble chiller units using hand and power tools.
Assist with shop maintenance, including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Engage in mechanical assembly and HVAC sheet metal work.
Essential Skills
At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in mechanical assembly and using hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with HVAC sheet metal and electrical wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing industry or with sheet metal is preferred.
A good attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment and engage in team activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
