Boston Scientific Corporation Group Marketing Manager in Maple Grove, Minnesota
Duties: Lead upstream marketing initiatives including market research, customer insights, product roadmap development, and collaboration with R&D to ensure new products meet clinical and commercial needs. Drive downstream marketing strategies by creating compelling messaging, clinical and economic value propositions, and go-to-market plans that support adoption and sustained growth. Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture across all stages of the product lifecycle. Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Global Marketing to align on portfolio strategy, communication, and execution across regions. Develop and execute integrated commercial plans, supporting successful product launches, competitive differentiation, and alignment with overall business goals. Stay closely connected to the market through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and field collaboration to shape portfolio strategy and identify growth opportunities.
