Platinum Staffing Group CNC Lathe Operator in Maple Grove, Minnesota
Job Duties
We are looking to hire a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our 1st or 2nd shift team within a production environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, performing quality checks on final products, and potentially troubleshooting any machining/tooling issues that may arise.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.) (Required)
Associated technical degree/certification within the field OR several years of experience within CNC Machining (Preferred)
Minimum Experience Required
· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Programming experience is a plus)
· Ability to read and interpret design blueprints
· Understanding of the different tooling types, speeds, and feeds
· Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline
