TopLine Financial Credit Union Card Service Representative in Maple Grove, Minnesota

We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our XXX team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. Card Services Representative I is responsible for serving members needs by providing first-level support for card related products and services. A successful Card Services Representative I will be able to do: Assist members with questions about accounts, statements, disputes, and adjustments. Process credit card applications, file maintenance request, replacement cards, balance transfers and account closures. Process debit card disputes, fraud cases, and maintenance requests. Review debit card application report and daily limit increases. Respond to emails and answer phone calls from staff. Review mobile deposits and handle returns.
