Mechanical Assembler – Join a Growing, High‑Energy Manufacturing Team
1st Shift:
• Mon–Thurs: 5:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Fri: 5:30 AM–10:00 AM
• Pay: $20–$23/hr
2nd Shift:
• Mon–Thurs: 2:00 PM–1:30 AM
• $2/hr shift differential
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Mechanical Assembler to help build high‑performance chiller units for data centers and custom equipment. If you enjoy working with tools, building things that matter, and being part of a tight‑knit team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career.
You’ll start with core assembly tasks and, as you gain experience, you’ll have the chance to cross‑train in multiple areas—including custom builds, fabrication support, and more.
What You’ll Do
Assemble chiller units and custom equipment using detailed work instructions and build specs
Work with a variety of hand and power tools
Support general shop operations: sweeping, shrink‑wrapping, packaging, material handling, and keeping the workspace clean
Assist fabrication by loading/unloading sheet metal from machines
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Cross‑train into additional assembly areas as you grow with the team
What You Bring
1+ years of manufacturing experience (sheet metal or mechanical assembly preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Preferred: experience with electrical schematics, wiring, or sheet metal fabrication

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
