Graduate Trainee - Customer Account Analyst (Supply Chain)
Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Customer Account Analyst supports the end‑to‑end supply of concentrate and beverage base products to bottling partners. The role focuses on ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery, accurate demand planning, effective inventory management, and strong customer collaboration. Working closely with internal teams (planning, production, quality, logistics, and finance) and external bottlers, the trainee helps enable smooth supply chain operations, continuous improvement, and high service levels across multiple products and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day customer account management and service delivery to bottling partners
Assist in demand forecasting, data analysis, and alignment with planning and finance teams
Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and potential risks, and support mitigation actions
Support new product introductions and reformulations from a supply chain perspective
Contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and productivity projects
Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate reporting, customer service metrics, and SAP system data
Learning & Exposure
End‑to‑end supply chain operations across multiple markets and product portfolios
Customer engagement and stakeholder management within a global FMCG environment
Use of SAP, forecasting tools, and advanced data analysis
Exposure to inventory, logistics, cost management, and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
