Cleveland Clinic Program Manager III - Cancer Community Outreach in Mansfield, Ohio

Our Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. A core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience

  • OR Master's Degree and 4 years of experience

  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Healthcare settings

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
