[Alliance Innovations is a family owned and operated business that is currently seeking a CNC Machinist for 3rd Shift. Starting rate of pay is $18.00/HR, there is an additional shift premium. We work four 10 hours shifts Monday thru Thursday. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays per business needs.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[A qualified candidate will need to:]{.underline}

• [Retrieving raw materials, completing machine setups and running provided programs.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Reviewing blueprints, drawings, specifications prior to starting to machine to ensure accuracy.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Operating a forklift safely and overhead crane while maintaining all safety guidelines.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Determining the tools necessary to complete jobs per customer specifications.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Modifying machine speed, tooling, cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of job.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Working independently with minimal guidance on operational and technical challenges.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Concentrating for extended periods of time, paying close attention to detail.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Performing daily, weekly and monthly PM tasks to ensure machine longevity, as needed.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Other job duties as assigned.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Education/Experience:]{.underline}

• [High school diploma.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [3 Years' experience with CNC calculations, CAD and CAM software, preferred.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Front load forklift experience.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Basic math skills required.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Physical Requirements:]{.underline}

• [Be able to stand for long periods of time on a concrete floor.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Be able to be in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment being exposed to forklift, machining, and potentially other loud noises.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Be able to hear and or see the machine alarms with abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Be able to wear all necessary PPE such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, etc.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Be able to have physical stamina and proper use and alignment of material and machinery set-up / changeover.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
