Reyes Holdings Senior Cash Application Associate in Manor, Texas
Position Summary:
The Cash Application Senior Associate is responsible for accurately posting customer payments and performing daily cash reconciliations while maintaining updated records in the ERP system. This role involves resolving complex payment remittance issues, addressing customer inquiries promptly, and processing adjustment requests, all while collaborating with finance teams to ensure efficient month-end closure
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Accurately post all received customer payments
Execute daily cash reconciliation, maintain accurate recon logs, and ensure items are properly updated in ERP system
Resolve higher level and complex payment remittance problems for accurate application to customer accounts
Review and accurately resolve all email requests within 48 hours
Process daily, weekly, and/or monthly adjustment requests.
Partner with Finance, GL, and/or leadership to ensure month-end closure is followed
Lead training and onboarding of new team members
Support leadership initiatives, projects, or other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant
