Use a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, wire cutters, taps, and rulers, to assemble varied and complex sub-assemblies and mount parts and sub-assemblies to chassis, frameworks, and panels.
Route and connect electrical harnesses, discrete wiring, and selected electrical power supplies and electrical systems according to schematics and assembly documentation.
Assemble manifolds, valves, gauges, switches, fittings, and related hardware as designated in the assembly instructions.
Perform first-line visual quality inspections on all work performed to ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
Maintain an organized work area, including proper organization of tools and materials, and uphold cleanliness and orderliness at the workstation.
Collaborate as an active member of the assembly team to help meet production schedules and complete assignments in a timely manner under the direction of the Assembly Lead.
Adapt to working in a job shop–oriented environment, supporting multiple product types and changing priorities as needed.
Apply and expand knowledge gained from 1–2 years of experience working on mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic assemblies, particularly when functioning at an Assembly Technician II level.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.

Proficiency in reading and understanding Bills of Materials, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sketches, and related technical documentation.
Demonstrated electro-mechanical assembly skills, including mechanical fitting, wiring, and integration of components.
Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to complete assemblies accurately.
Frequent, recent experience using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, wire cutters, taps, and measuring tools.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to follow instructions and collaborate with the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with wire harness assembly, including routing, bundling, and terminating wiring according to specifications.
Experience in pneumatic assembly, including manifolds, valves, fittings, and related hardware.
Familiarity with assembling and integrating gauges, switches, and other instrumentation components.
Comfort working in a structured, quality-focused manufacturing environment with visual inspection responsibilities.
Willingness to continue building technical knowledge and skills to progress from basic assembly tasks to more complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic assemblies.
Why Work Here?
You will join a growing organization in the semiconductor space that invests in a modern, clean, and spacious facility to support both productivity and comfort. The workplace culture emphasizes collaboration, approachable leadership, and a positive environment where many contractors report strong job satisfaction and good working relationships with their colleagues. The facility is new, larger, and configured to support organized workflows, with an expectation of maintaining a clean, orderly workstation and properly stored tools and materials. The schedule includes one opening on first shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and two openings on second shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), with possible voluntary overtime depending on production needs.
