Reyes Holdings E-Commerce Product Specialist in Manor, Texas
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the input, maintenance, and updating of product information across the RDS platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain standards for product data classification and metadata guidelines.
Manage and optimize the Reyes Design Studio system for effective product data aggregation, storage, and distribution
Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align product information requirements with business objectives
Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary product details, images, and legal or regulatory specifications
Provide training and support to team members on PIM system usage and product data management processes
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 years of specific experience
Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite.
Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.).
Proven experience in an E-Commerce environment or website administration role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and some graphic design software.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
