Aerotek Traveling Construction Laborer in Mankato, Minnesota
Entry-Level Industrial Floor Coater – Southern Minnesota – $20–$30/hr
We are hiring entry‑level Industrial Floor Coaters to join our growing team. No experience required—full training provided. Shop is located in Waseca.
What You’ll Do
Prep concrete floors: cleaning, grinding, patching.
Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and other coatings.
Use grinders, mixers, rollers, and basic tools.
Help ensure clean, safe, high‑quality work on every project.
Work on active construction sites with a small, skilled crew.
What We’re Looking For
6 months to a year in a construction related job.
Ability to work weekends for an extra $5/HR
Ability to work 55 hours per week
Ability to travel out of state if needed for work.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day.
Reliable transportation to job sites across Southern Minnesota.
Willing to learn and follow safety standards.
Comfortable working in varying environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
