Job Title: CDL Driver
Job Description
As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for picking up residential and commercial waste routes. You will follow routes provided via iPad in the truck and report back to dispatch for any route changes or issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for some minor vehicle maintenance check-offs before starting your route. You will need to mount and dismount from the truck multiple times a day. The job covers a large territory, and you may be assigned different routes based on current needs.
Responsibilities
Pick up residential and commercial waste routes.
Follow routes provided via iPad in the truck.
Report back to dispatch for any route changes or issues.
Perform minor vehicle maintenance check-offs before starting the route.
Mount and dismount from the truck multiple times a day.
Essential Skills
Class A or B CDL License with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive 45-50 hours a week.
Experience with truck driving and waste management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle physical demands of mounting and dismounting the vehicle frequently.
Flexibility to work on different routes based on needs.

Work Environment
Work within a sanitation environment, primarily inside a cab. Please note that due to waste management, there may be an odor present. Despite this, the role offers a dependable and engaging work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00/yr.
