Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dependable individuals for a hands‑on assembly role involving the construction of wire‑based components. This position includes following diagrams or written instructions, organizing materials, routing wires, and using basic tools to complete assemblies with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
Follow diagrams or instructions to assemble components
Route, organize, and secure wires or materials as part of the assembly process
Perform basic tasks such as connecting parts and using hand or light power tools
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout each build
Support general production tasks as needed
Essential Skills
Experience in manual or mechanical assembly
Ability to follow written or visual instructions
Familiarity with basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and steady, consistent work habits
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in assembly or a similar hands‑on role
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
