Description Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate team in Mankato. This role provides administrative and project support to our Marketing team, Talent Management team, and Corporate Leadership. What You Will Be Doing: This role also provides support to our Makrelated to updating SharePoint sites and calendars, assisting with onboarding, ordering safety gear and managing inventory, assisting with business cards and tracking credentials. Administrative and Document Support: Proofreading documents, Formatting documents using styles, complying with accessibility requirements Prepare correspondence and various reports as directed including creating and updating a variety of company announcements Provide overflow administrative support to the broader administrative team across the organization as priorities require. Coordination and Office Support: Coordinate logistics for culture events, and other activities to include food orders, setup and clean up Coordinate Corporate calendar events and trainings Project and Team Support: Assist with onboarding activities, including ordering safety gear and managing inventory Support updates to internal SharePoint sites, calendars, and tracking tools Maintain a professional, welcoming image of the firm while building effective relationships with clients, vendors, and staff Support safety-related administrative needs such as scheduling annual trainings with vendors, managing first aid and AED supplies. Help maintain new-hire inventory (welcome kits, apparel, badges/office materials as applicable) and ensure supplies are available and ready. Manage and maintain safety inventory, including tracking usage and restocking needs. What We Are Looking For: Two (2) year degree in business related field and four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, Canva Strong customer services skills and ability to anticipate needs Strong organizational skills Strong content creation and editing skills Must possess a valid driver's license Must be detail orientated Experience in construction or engineering services preferred Salary Range: $37,500 - $65,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
