Location: Manitowoc Department: Paint Department Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am - 2pm with Occasional overtime Competitive base wages starting at \$21.50/hour. Job Summary: Are you a motivated leader with a sharp eye for quality, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence? At KI, we are seeking a lead for our paint department to guide and support our dynamic team in Manitowoc, WI. Responsibilities: Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines What Makes You a Great Fit: Sets the standard for reliability and punctuality Leads by example with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Encourages innovation and efficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Communicates effectively to guide and motivate the team Champions safety and quality in every aspect of production Previous leadership experience required KI Benefits: Competitivebase wages starting at \$21.50/hour.
