JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sand Blaster to join our 3rd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have prior sandblasting experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform abrasive blasting on pipes and related components according to project specifications Prepare surfaces for painting and coating by removing rust, scale, and contaminants Operate sandblasting equipment, compressors, and related tools safely and efficiently Inspect blasted surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness and profile standards are met Maintain equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Work closely with painting and coating teams to meet production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous sandblasting experience required (industrial or pipe blasting preferred) Experience with pipe blasting, painting, or industrial coatings Knowledge of surface preparation standards and abrasive materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in an industrial environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Forklift or equipment operation experience ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: manitowoc@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Call For Appointment: 920-683-3000 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
