COUNTY OF MANITOWOC Program Assistant - UW Extension in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manitowoc County UW-Extension is seeking a part time (22.5 hours/week) Program Assistant to assist in customer service, data management and budgetary functions for the programs administered to Manitowoc County residents through the UW-Extension. This position: Provides customer service, information, and resources for customers regarding UW-Extension programming. Performs administrative functions including: creating and maintaining databases and email lists; prepares correspondence, organizes and distributes educational and marketing materials. Develops program marketing pieces including newsletters, handouts, presentations, surveys, and reports and supports 4-H, Master Gardener, Home and Community Education, and other Extension volunteers in preparing educational programs. Processes vouchers and receivables.
