[Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Detassel corn and Rogueing Corn: Worker will walk down the aisles between the plants in the corn fields, for the purpose of detasseling seed corn, remove rogue plants and weeds. The worker in order to perform this kind of work must be able to walk miles per day while pulling the tassel from each corn. The workers must be able to work long hours, at least 6 hours per day in all kinds of weather conditions: hot humid weather, rain and exposed to pollen the whole day. This is a very demanding and competitive business in which specifications must be rigorously adhered to. Anticipated days and hours of work may very due to weather conditions. Workers will perform the majority of tasks standing in the upright position and can expect to stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Este es trabajo es muy exigente y competitivo en el cual las especificaciones de calidad deben ser respetadas rigurosamente. Las horas y dias de trabajo anticipadas pueden variar dependiendo de las condiciones del clima.
