Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and ensuring the safety and functionality of facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician

Location: Manistee, MI

Pay range: $30-$34/hr. (negotiable)

What's the Job?

• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

• Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.)

• Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts

• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other general maintenance duties

• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid state driver’s license

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work

• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes
