Aggreko Project Operations – Site Administration Coordinator in Manila, Philippines

We’re looking for a Project Operations – Site Administration Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating the administration function for the Project Operations team and supporting the Administration Support Leader. This role does not require you to be based on site and you can be based at home or in our Manila office.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain relationships within the Operations teams as well as with people in the AUSPAC business

  • Monitor and track logistics (Fleet and Parts) to and from the site, ensuring parts are delivered to site when required

  • Coordinate site inductions and site access

  • Support the site through Work Order management using MMS or FSL

  • Ensure that the Site Management Plan file is up to date and regularly follow up and close Actions and Open issues

  • Participate in scheduled site management plan meetings

  • Supplier Onboarding

  • Monitor and Track status of purchase of parts and request for labour

  • Timely processing of supplier invoices through the Basware process.

  • Support site operations and the Administration Support Lead in any admin they require

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar administrative support function

  • Ideally have experience with Aggreko processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to take initiative to chase up information from stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
