ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social graphics, email and newsletter visuals, web graphics, even/conference materials, slide templates and presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and other related materials.

  • Translate concepts and business goals into clear, compelling visuals that support Lyric’s brand and positioning in the healthcare and payment integrity space.

  • Ensure all creative deliverables are consistent with Lyric brand guidelines (logo, typography, color, tone, accessibility standards).

  • Manage incoming creative requests from teams outside of Corporate Affairs, balancing responsiveness with clear prioritization and deadlines.

  • Use an organized intake process (briefs, timelines, required inputs, review cycles) to set expectations and keep work moving efficiently.

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify goals, target audiences, usage channels, and success criteria for each request.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support campaign creative needs, including paid and organic social assets, ad variations, landing page and website graphics, and email visuals.

  • Support thought leadership and communications efforts through report layouts, webinar/event assets, executive social content visuals, and brand storytelling graphics.

  • Maintain and evolve core design templates and modular systems (slide templates, one-pages, social formats) to enable speed, consistency, and scalability.

  • Manage brand asset libraries (icons, illustrations, photography, templates) and keep files well-organized for team access and reuse.

  • Contribute to ongoing brand refinement, including visual standards, accessibility, and modern design practices appropriate for B2B healthcare audiences.

  • Deliver assets on time with a strong attention to detail, proofreading, and production readiness.

  • Incorporate feedback efficiently, guiding stakeholders toward solutions that protect brand quality and clarity.

  • Support basic performance-driven iteration for digital assets (e.g., resizing, formatting, and creating variants for testing where needed).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio).

  • 3-5 years of processional graphic design experience, ideally supporting an in-house brand, marketing or communications function.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital design and brand systems (social, presentation design, web graphics, campaign creative, and collateral).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma strongly preferred; comfort working in Canva templates is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous deliverables in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with designing for demand generation and digital performance marketing (ad variants, conversion-focused creative).

  • Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing

  • Experience collaborating with web teams (designing assets for CMS use, light UI layout support).

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (contrast, readability, inclusive design).

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn new concepts and technologies, and continuously improve processes and performance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
