People Support Coordinator (LTE – Fixed Term)
Location: Manila, Philippines
Assignment Duration: March–July 2026
Typical Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Manila Time)
Role Overview
The People Support Coordinator (LTE) is a high-volume, execution-focused role supporting peak hiring activity. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of offers and hiring transactions within Oracle systems.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Offer & Contract Processing
Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Ensure correct screening packages are selected and initiated
Validate candidate and assignment data prior to system submission
Track offer acceptances and manage follow-up actions
Hiring Transactions & Compliance
Execute hiring transactions in Fusion accurately and efficiently
Ensure proper tagging and assignment configuration to prevent downstream system errors
Support completion of pre-employment documentation and compliance requirements (including PEME)
Monitor hiring queues and maintain defined turnaround times
Operational Execution
Manage high-volume hiring workflows with speed and precision
Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues promptly
Maintain data integrity across systems
Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
Experience with Oracle, ATS, or HRIS systems preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Information
Fixed-term LTE assignment from March–July 2026
Typical shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Local Time)
No guarantee of extension beyond assignment period
