Cognizant Amazon Connect Solutions Architect in Manila, Philippines
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and leading cloud‑based Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Amazon Connect, AWS serverless architectures, IVR/CTI integration, and large‑scale enterprise environments. This role involves end‑to‑end architecture ownership, cross‑functional coordination, and delivering resilient, scalable, and cost‑optimized solutions for global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Connect & Cloud Architecture
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Amazon Connect‑based contact center solutions.
Build end‑to‑end serverless integrations using AWS services including Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint, AWS Kinesis, and SNS.
Design resilient and highly‑available architectures aligned with AWS Well‑Architected Framework.
Solution Engineering & Technical Leadership
Serve as principal architect for global IT service desks supporting 24×7 operations.
Produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and Statements of Work.
Develop automation workflows for intelligent ticket routing and event‑driven integrations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with networking, security/ISRM, BI/analytics, and application teams.
Coordinate with AWS TAMs, product teams, and solution architects.
Support discovery, design, testing, and cutover phases.
IVR, CTI, and Contact Center Integrations
Design and implement IVR applications including speech‑enabled solutions.
Integrate CTI solutions with SAP, Salesforce, legacy apps, and ticketing systems.
Build reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies.
Advanced AWS and Amazon Connect expertise.
Strong background in IVR, CTI, CRM integrations.
Programming experience in Python, C#, C++, Java, ASP.Net, ABAP.
Experience with Oracle and MSSQL.
Preferred Certifications:
Amazon Connect Communications Specialist
Amazon Connect Developer
AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
AWS Cloud Practitioner
