Lexis Middle East Online
The Content Editor I is expected to carry out task management and completion for the Lexis Middle East Online team. He or she is responsible for assuring the efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of the tasks assigned to him or her. This must be done in the context of strict adherence to the given specifications and compliance with the quality standards.
Accountabilities:
Processing and completion of Cases, Gazettes, Legislation, Journals, Practical Guidance, Regulatory, and News / E-Journal
Completion of proofreading and spot-checking of contents in the online platform
Liaising with the Lexis Middle East Online onshore team and third-party vendors for task completion
File management of monthly metrics, reports, tracking spreadsheets, and publishing schedules
Adhere to task schedule and priority management
Processing of ad hoc tasks delegated by the Lexis Middle East Online onshore team
Troubleshoot and analyze issues, help drive resolutions, and follow corresponding escalation process when necessary
Maintain accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all individual and applicable team deliverables by following best practices, policies, and procedures
Participate in daily calls, team meetings, calibration meetings – as necessary and requested
Effectively plan and manage individual and team's deliverables to meet expectations
Meet operational KPIs / KPOs
Responsibilities:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field
Background in journalism and copyediting (preferred but not required)
1–2 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred
Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
Fresh graduates may also be considered based on communication skills and overall potential
