Overview

Ab out the Role

As an Account Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. You will lead day-to-day client interactions, act as a trusted point of contact, and support strategic planning while driving projects across teams with accountability and precision.

This role combines hands-on project leadership, mentorship of junior staff, and contributions to strategic account growth. You are expected to bring market insight, operational excellence, and strong communication skills to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Focus & Impact

  • Provides input based on brand knowledge to support strategy execution.

  • Supports campaigns and account strategies while gradually influencing outcomes.

  • Identifiesopportunities to improve processes and project workflows.

Client Relationship Management

  • Leads day-to-day client interactions, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams.

  • Ensuresclient satisfaction by addressing needs proactively and managing expectations.

  • Prepares and presents client updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Campaign & Data Management

  • Drives project execution through strong interdepartmental collaboration and clear accountability.

  • Ensureprojects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clientobjectives.

  • Maintainsaccuratedocumentation, progress tracking, and performance reporting to support transparency and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Mentors and guides junior staff to foster development and accountability.

  • Supports a collaborative, high-performingteamculture and encourages knowledge sharing.

Financial Oversight

  • Tracks project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial accuracy.

  • Manages financial status reporting for projects and supports P&L considerations.

New Business Development

  • Supports planning for account growth, client renewals, and potential upselling opportunities.

  • Contributes to proposals and strategic initiatives to expand client relationships.

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Possesses extensive knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines.

  • Appliesexpertiseto improve campaign execution and streamline internal processes.

Soft Skills

  • Build trust and strong relationships with teams and clients.

  • Collaborates effectively across departments anddemonstratesproactive problem-solving.

Market & Industry Expertise

  • Applies market and competitor knowledge to enhance campaign execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management or related roles in advertising, marketing, or communications.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects across teams.

  • Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.

  • Able to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

  • Solid understanding of brands, marketing trends, and the advertising industry.
