The Part-Time Listing Operations Digital Asset Associate operates within a dynamic team environment at the Manhattan, KS office. The primary responsibility of this role is for bulk processing of images, videos and documents. This includes assigning digital assets to items, selecting images for cropping, assigning image sub-types, bulk cropping of images and uploading digital assets into and out of the Digital Asset Management and Inventory Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Ensure all submissions are handled in a timely manner and item images stings meet quality standards for digital asset presentation. This includes, cropping, ordering, item assignment, image sub-type assignment and video edits for display on purplewave.com.
- Compliance: Review and assess contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Engagement: Actively participate in team discussions, triage daily work and adhering to department working agreements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a dependable and reliable team environment.
- Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.
