The Role Youll Play as a Customer Service Team Lead
As a Customer Service Team Lead at Pawnee, youll be the go-to support and mentor for our Customer Service Representatives. You\'ll provide training, help manage the daily flow of clerical operations, assist with regional coordination tasks, and offer floor-level leadership. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives on organization, and enjoys helping others succeed.
What Youll Do
- Mentor, train, and support Customer Service Representatives while serving as their first point of contact for questions and concerns.
- Help coordinate regional intake processes, evaluation assignments, and foster care documentation.
- Assist the Office Supervisor with scheduling, admin tasks, and improving day-to-day workflows.
- Step in to cover CSR duties or fill staffing gaps in satellite offices as needed.
- Provide outstanding front-desk support by welcoming clients, handling appointments, collecting payments, and addressing concerns.
- Keep shared spaces running smoothly by monitoring lobby activity and supporting basic office operations like mail, scanning, and room scheduling.
