WHAT YOU\'LL DO
As a Banquet Server, youll be the face of our events. In this role, you will:
- Provide prompt, professional service to guests during banquets and events.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and dcor.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper service standards.
- Address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events.
- Assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
