Job Description
Plans and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Manages facility service improvements, marketing and service initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Monitors initiatives related to program / new site development of the Department/Division.
Coordinates activities including growth objectives, space allocation, data planning, developing goals and objectives, capital requirements and desired outcomes of programs; serves as a liaison with Administration in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating operations.
Monitors program components relative to criteria by regulatory agencies; contributes to program development by building an infrastructure, identifying resources, constructing the program and establishing quality improvement processes.
Communicates with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities and system changes to ensure feasibility.
Collaborates with corporate shared services (i.e., Planning, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to develop and implement growth initiatives, as needed.
Ensures the implementation of best practices related to service excellence, patient experience and process improvement.
Implements marketing related projects; monitor project plan performance.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Job Preferences
Experience working with large data sets
Experience working with process improvement/workflow optimization
Interdepartmental communication, comfortable with collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
Comfortable with program development, creating presentations tailored to varying audiences
Developing and delivering user training

The salary range for this position is $66300.00-$108311.00/year
