Job Description OVERVIEW:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination, tracking and management of all TES exhibit related projects. Duties include project intake, resource planning, tracking and reporting of exhibit-related change requests .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with exhibit coordinators, exhibit developers, UAT Team, and IT personnel for impact analysis of change requests and enhancements and as an investigative liaison
Intake change request and coordinate with applicable teams to execute deliverables
Develop and manage project plans for forecasting, tracking, resource planning, estimation and reporting of initiatives.
High level business requirements documentation
Maintenance of document repositories for SOPs, P&Ps, and FAQs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook, & Word along with documented practical experience in the use of these applications.
Ability to be flexible in job tasks & assignments.
Highly developed attention to detail & accuracy of work produced.
Advanced organizational skills as it relates to working on multiple tasks simultaneously
