Job Title: Maintenance Tech Lead

Job Description

This is an Industrial Maintenance Position for a Chemical Cleaning Manufacturer. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues inside of the plant. Candidates will be working on motorized conveyors, 3 phase motors, and PLCs, while assisting two other team members with industrial maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues within the plant.

  • Work on motorized conveyors, 3 phase motors, and PLCs.

  • Assist two other team members with industrial maintenance tasks.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Repair and maintain equipment, including pneumatics and AC/DC motors.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and blueprint reading.

  • Experience with welding, industrial maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting.

  • Ability to repair and maintain 3 phase motors and conveyers.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.

  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The facility offers a clean environment, although there is a slight bleach smell due to the production of bleach-based chemical products.

This is a Permanent position based out of Manchester, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
