Job Title: Production / Assembly Associate (Injection Mold) Location: Manchester, TN
Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production / Assembly Associates to join our injection molding team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves assembling molded parts, inspecting finished products, and supporting overall production operations to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble plastic injection molded parts according to specifications
- Inspect parts for defects, quality issues, or inconsistencies
- Trim, clean, and package finished products
- Operate basic production and assembly equipment
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any equipment issues or product defects to supervisors
- Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
Requirements:
- Strong, consistent work history is required
- Previous production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in injection molding is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:
- Full-time
