Position Overview

Warehouse Professionals Wanted – Powered Industrial Vehicle Experience Preferred

Our Parts Distribution Center in Manchester, PA is seeking reliable warehouse professionals who take pride in safety, accuracy, and consistent performance. This position plays an important role in ensuring the right truck parts reach our customers so their vehicles can return to service quickly. This role requires commitment to consistent attendance, safety, and performance standards, and is best suited for individuals seeking a stable, long-term position rather than short-term employment.

Because this is a team-based operation with tightly scheduled workflows, reliable attendance and punctual start times are essential job requirements.

Team members are expected to meet established productivity, safety, and quality standards that support daily customer fulfillment goals. This position involves continuous movement throughout the shift, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment in an efficient paced distribution environment.

Starting Pay: $23.75 per hour, $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 120 days of employment)Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMBenefits: Begin Day 1

Responsibilities

Material Handlers perform warehouse functions including receiving, binning, picking, and packing truck parts to support accurate and timely customer order fulfillment.

  • Perform daily safety inspections on powered industrial vehicles

  • Receive, count, and store incoming parts from suppliers using forklifts or stock chasers

  • Pick parts throughout the warehouse using scanners and powered equipment

  • Pack customer orders carefully using appropriate materials to prevent shipping damage

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly disposing of trash and materials

  • Work as part of a high-standards warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and accuracy

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection

  • Strictly adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures

  • Operate an electric stock chaser with training

  • Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including the ability to lift 70 pounds

  • Ability to climb ladders to reach upper bin locations

  • Ability to perform scanner-based picking and basic data entry tasks
