About the Role
As a Safety & Security Advisor, you’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our students live in a safe, secure, and structured environment. Your work will go beyond enforcement—you’ll support and inspire students to develop self-respect, responsibility, and confidence as they prepare to thrive in their communities. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to directly influence the lives of young adults during a critical time in their journey.
What You’ll Do
Maintain a secure and structured living environment for students at the center
Encourage positive behavior, accountability, and self-esteem among students
Collaborate with staff to promote a culture of safety and respect
Respond effectively to incidents while preserving a supportive atmosphere
Assist in developing students’ abilities to take responsibility for their actions
Who We’re Looking For
A compassionate individual with a high school diploma or equivalent
Someone with a valid, current driver’s license
A team player dedicated to helping young people succeed
An individual who can balance firmness with empathy in challenging situations
