Job Description
F-35 Block 4 Development is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in driving the future of F35 portfolio. The ideal candidate will be supporting critical deliverables including:
Achieving critical program milestones for internal/external customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success
Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control
This role is key to providing the warfighter critical capabilities in a timely manner while ensuring the long-term success of the F35 product line.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree, and six or more years of experience
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage complex issues, and drive teams to meet deadlines and implement solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Aerospace/Defense experience, with focus areas in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and/or Manufacturing
experience with cost account management (CAM)
Master s Degree, PMP
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
