Your Team

The Future Mobility team includes a wide range of specialists. We are town planners, engineers, economists, accountants, behavioural scientists, data specialists and transport planners. We work on complex, often ambiguous challenges that sit at the intersection of technology, policy, geography, behaviour and investment decision making.

We have an extensive portfolio of multi disciplinary and cross sector projects for a range of public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad.

You will be supported by senior members of the Future Mobility team, including industry leading experts. We embrace a flexible approach to working that aligns with people’s lifestyles and wider commitments, and the wellbeing of our employees is of the utmost importance to us.

We offer a variety of expertise, approaches and skills to support our clients with their futures challenges, in the mobility sector and beyond. For example, we have applied our human centred design and analytical approaches to projects looking at suicide prevention, improving air quality, expanding the uptake of EVs, and exploring emerging technologies such as autonomous vehicles and e scooters.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Enthusiastic and curious about shaping better systems, services and outcomes, including (but not limited to) mobility

  • Analytically minded, with experience using quantitative or structured problem solving approaches to understand complex, real world problems

  • Comfortable applying critical thinking to unfamiliar subject areas and developing evidence based insights

  • Interested in how technology, policy, economics, geography and human behaviour interact to shape outcomes

  • Comfortable developing bespoke approaches to support individual projects or solve specific challenges

  • Able to work across a range of subject areas concurrently and quickly context switch

  • Strong in report writing and communication, able to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling outputs

  • Responsive and agile — asking the right questions, adapting to changing priorities and raising risks early

  • Depending on your experience, confident in supporting or managing projects directly, including client facing work

  • Willing to work towards professional accreditation, where relevant
