What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to approved areas.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and maintain visitor and vehicle logs to support security-related documentation requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including interior spaces and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels, and complete accurate reports and shift hand-offs per post orders.
Minimum Requirements:
This is primarily a driving post.
CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
